Women in HVACR (WHVACR) is a powerhouse organization supporting women in the trades.
But while their annual event was impactful for in-person attendees, their online presence didn’t match the energy in the room.

Past events relied heavily on pre-scheduled posts with little real-time engagement.

The Plan

  • WHVACR partnered with Kee Hart Marketing to launch a new kind of social strategy—one designed to bring the energy of the event online in real time.Our Strategy:
    • Pre-Event Hype: Teaser campaigns, speaker intros, countdowns, and brand optimization
    • Live Coverage: Real-time session highlights, live video clips, attendee engagement, and rapid reposting
    • Post-Event Momentum: Recap posts, testimonials, key takeaways, and community conversations

    We focused on the platforms where WHVACR’s audience was already active:
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

    It wasn’t just about posting more—it was about creating real, relatable, in-the-moment content that connected.
